Capitol Federal® is celebrating 125 years of True Blue® service to our customers and our communities.  Over those 125 years, CapFed® has remained generations strong.  My grandfather and my father lead the Bank with two goals in mind: to keep your money safe today and your future financially stable for tomorrow.  I’m proud to continue this family tradition of safety in savings and helping customers achieve the dream of homeownership.

My father, Jack Dicus, recently celebrated 60 years of True Blue® service to the Bank.  He began with the bank in 1959 and now serves as our Chairman Emeritus.  It was his insight which allowed CapFed to grow from five branches to now almost 60 branches, and it was his fortitude which ushered in the digital age of computers.  He understood the importance of quality customer service and investing in our communities.  I’m proud of his achievements and his leadership of the Bank.  He shaped CapFed into a financial institution whose foundation is built on doing what is right and staying true to our word.

We now thank our many generations of loyal customers for trusting and believing in the strength and security of Capitol Federal.  Whether it was in the past, present or in the future, CapFed is committed to providing you with the tools to make sound and reliable choices with your money.  Capitol Federal is predictably True Blue, and we will stay that way for generations to come.

So happy for John, Jack and entire Capitol Federal family. It has been an honor to bank with Capitol Federal for more than six decades, and to watch it grow and thrive. CF has always been a consistent leader in community initiatives, while always maintaining sound business practices with a keen eye toward the future. It is truly appreciated by so many of us. Hats off to you, John, to your Dad and the leadership that has kept Capitol Federal on such solid footing all these years.
