Fiesta Topeka Food Ticket Sweepstakes Official Rules and Eligibility

SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS FRIDAY, JULY 7, 2023, AND ENDS 12:00 PM JULY 13, 2023. MUST BE AT LEAST 18 TO ENTER AND BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN.
Eligibility and Rules
Must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States or District of Columbia to qualify to win. Sweepstakes begins at 9:00am CDT Friday, July 7, 2023, and ends at 12:00pm CDT Thursday, July 13, 2023. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part illegible or incomplete. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Only one entry per person. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Capitol Federal® Savings Bank, its parent company, and any of its affiliates and anyone residing in such a person’s household are not eligible to win the Fiesta Topeka Food Ticket Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Capitol Federal® and will not be returned. Capitol Federal reserves the right to use any and all winners’ names in Capitol Federal newsletters, web sites, social media platforms and all other official company publications and media, with regards to the Fiesta Topeka Food Ticket Sweepstakes. Capitol Federal has the exclusive power to interpret these rules, and its decisions regarding rules interpretations are final and binding on all participants.
How to Enter
Only one entry per person. Like, comment and follow on a Capitol Federal’s Fiesta Topeka Ticket Sweepstakes post on Facebook or Instagram. All entries must be completed by 12:00 pm CDT on July 13, 2023, to be eligible. Capitol Federal is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
Information collected from the entrants is subject to Capitol Federal’s privacy policy.
Limitations of Liability
The Bank is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions. The Bank assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Bank is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the sweepstakes. The Bank is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in connection with the sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Bank which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, the Bank reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Participants in this sweepstakes, including any potential winners and the finally selected winners, shall indemnify and hold Capitol Federal Savings Bank and its employees, officers, directors, parent, and affiliates harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs, including reasonable outside attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising out of or related to such persons’ acts or omissions made in connection with this sweepstakes or the use of a prize.
Meta
Participants (a) fully release and hold Meta harmless from liability and (b) acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. All data collected is from Capitol Federal and not Meta.
Prize
Five (5) winners will receive six (6) Fiesta Topeka Food or Beverage Tickets to be used during the Fiesta Topeka, July 18 – July 22, 2023. Total of thirty (30) tickets will be awarded. A drawing will be held by Capitol Federal staff on July 13, 2023, at 12:00pm from all eligible entries. Five (5) winners will be drawn. Winners will be contacted by 5:00pm on July 13, 2023, and will have until Monday, July 17, 2023, to claim their prize. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. No purchase necessary; need not be present to win. Capitol Federal reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the listed prize is not available.
Winner Selection
Five (5) winners will be selected by a Capitol Federal employee in a random drawing at Capitol Federal from all eligible entries on July 13, 2023, at 12:00pm and each winner will receive six (6) Fiesta Topeka Food or Beverage Tickets. Winners will be contacted by 5:00pm on July 13, 2023, by phone, or notified by email, and winners must respond to Capitol Federal by Monday, July 17, 2023, to claim their prize. Capitol Federal will mail their six (6) tickets to them or they may pick up at their local branch by July 18, 2023. Any taxes or additional expenses associated with the awarded prizes will be the responsibility of the winners.
