Happy Halloween! The Topeka Police Department and other local first responder agencies will be setting up in downtown Topeka near Evergy Plaza for the 8th annual Public Safety Trunk or Treat. Dress up in your best costume and visit the different agencies for candy and other goodies being handed out.
