The guided First Day Hike is part of a program sponsored by America’s State Parks. The First Day Hikes offer individuals and families an opportunity to begin the New Year connecting with the outdoors by taking a healthy hike on New Year’s Day at your State Park. First Day Hikes offer a great way to get outside, exercise, enjoy nature and welcome the New Year with friends and family. Join First Day Hike on January 1, 2022 at Tuttle Creek State Park!
The hike will be approximately 2-miles and family-friendly. No cost or preregistration is required. The only cost is a State Park Vehicle Permit. Meet at the State Park Office with hiking and weather-appropriate clothing. Dogs are welcome but they must remain on a leash for the duration of the hike.
