Carl Ricketts joined Capitol Federal® in 2007 and was appointed Executive Vice President-Chief Corporate Services Officer in 2012. As Chief Corporate Services Officer, Carl oversees several departments within the Bank, including Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, Facilities, Capitol Agency and Appraisals. He has served on the boards of Midland Care Hospice, Emporia State University Foundation, Emporia State University Business School and Boys and Girls Clubs of Lawrence.
