10 Budget-Friendly DIY Holiday Gift Ideas


If your budget is tight this holiday season, you can still give meaningful gifts to everyone on your list. Homemade gifts are often what make a holiday gathering extra special. Here are some ideas to get your creative gift-giving juices flowing.

1. Give Cookies in a Jar or Gift SackDo you have a cookie recipe everyone is always raving about? Put the dry ingredients for a batch in a mason jar or gift sack and tie the recipe to the lid or around the bag. If you want to add a special touch, include some mixing spoons or measuring cups. Your loved one will be sure to think of you when they whip up a batch of your famous treats.


2. Wine Cork Stoppers. Turn fun decorative knobs into wine stoppers. You can select unique knobs for various occasions throughout the year.
