My father, Jack Dicus, recently celebrated 60 years of True Blue® service to the Bank. He began with the bank in 1959 and now serves as our Chairman Emeritus. It was his insight which allowed CapFed to grow from five branches to now almost 60 branches, and it was his fortitude which ushered in the digital age of computers. He understood the importance of quality customer service and investing in our communities. I’m proud of his achievements and his leadership of the Bank. He shaped CapFed into a financial institution whose foundation is built on doing what is right and staying true to our word.
