Features:

  • Purpose-Built Financing. Designed for individuals purchasing or refinancing land for a future personal residence.
  • Fixed Rate & Term. Enjoy stability with a fixed-rate and term. The qualifying payment will be a fixed-rate 10-year amortized payment, with a balloon payment required for the remaining balance at loan maturity (5-year loan term).
  • Flexible Loan-to-Value (LTV). Finance up to 75% of the appraised value of your land, with a maximum loan amount of $200,000.

Loan must be in the 1st lien position. Buildable residential lots/acreage only. Property must be zoned for residential 1-4 family prior to closing. The borrower is responsible for closing costs.
