Lauren Larson - Senior Banking Consultant

As a Senior Banking Consultant, I am passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering personalized financial solutions that help customers achieve their financial goals. My career with Capitol Federal reflects commitment to service, growth and leadership. After advancing through several roles within the organization and being selected for the Elevate Manager-in-Training Program, I progressed into my current position. Most recently, I was honored to be appointed as a True Blue® Ambassador for 2026–2028, representing the bank's commitment to exceptional customer service and community engagement.

I earned my MBA in Finance and have continued to expand my expertise through financial certification coursework and mentorship from Senior Financial Advisors. This ongoing professional development strengthens my ability to provide clients with informed guidance and tailored financial solutions.

Outside of work, I am passionate about giving back to the community through my volunteer work with Harvesters and Junior Achievement. I enjoy staying active through yoga, Pilates and outdoor activities such as kayaking and fishing. As a Kansas City native and dedicated Chiefs fan, I enjoy supporting our local teams and spending time with family and friends. I also have a passion for photography and live music, both of which allow me to capture and appreciate meaningful experiences.
