Kim Roehr - Mortgage Loan Consultant

With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including 11 years as an underwriter, I bring a deep understanding of the lending process to every client relationship.  Having background in both government-backed and conventional lending gives me a broad understanding of the mortgage industry allowing me to successfully guide customers through the home loan process.

I’m excited to serve the Greater Douglas and Greater Riley County areas by building new business relationships and maintaining strong connections with current clients. In my role, I help clients explore all mortgage options, while building connections with local companies and community organizations.

Helping people achieve their dream of homeownership is something I truly love. During the process, I get to know my clients on a personal level and become part of their journey to make homeownership a reality. It’s rewarding to see their dreams come to life and know I played a small part in helping them get there.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me outdoors—kayaking, camping, hiking or skiing. I love mountain adventures, and a recent highlight was hiking Pikes Peak with a friend. My husband, John, and I have four adult children, and I’ve recently added the title of Grandmother—a role I absolutely adore.
