As a Senior Banking Consultant, I provide an end-to-end experience for Capitol Federal® customers by offering in-depth product knowledge to assess their needs and present tailored financial solutions. Think of my role as a dedicated point of contact—someone customers can rely on to guide them through every step of their banking journey.

Throughout my career at Capitol Federal®, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in several roles, beginning on the front line where I built a solid foundation in customer service. My growth within the organization has included key positions that strengthened my understanding of client relations and leadership, ultimately leading to my current position on the Business Development team. This diverse experience allows me to proactively engage with customers to understand their financial objectives and help them achieve their goals, a part of my work that is especially fulfilling.

I’m grateful for the life I have and view giving back to my community as both a privilege and a priority. Whether volunteering my time or supporting local charities, I strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé as we plan the next chapter of our lives. I cherish moments with family, especially since my late grandfather and I shared the same birthday, making celebrations twice as special. And for a fun fact: I once hiked to the top of a volcano that erupted just a week later!
