  1. Log in to True Blue Online® and select "Documents".
  2. Accept the eStatements Terms and Conditions.
  3. Update your email, if needed and select the accounts for eStatements.

To View eStatements:

  1. Select "Documents". A new window will open.
  2. Choose the account to view and print, download, or view from this page.

  • True Blue Online® is Capitol Federal’s secure online banking platform that allows you to manage accounts, pay bills, transfer funds, and access digital tools from any device.

  • Visit capfed.com, click Enroll in Online Banking, and follow the prompts to create your User ID, password, and security questions.

  • Yes. You can access True Blue Online® through the Capitol Federal® Mobile App for iOS and Android to check balances, deposit checks, pay bills, and send money with Zelle®.

  • Yes. CapFed® offers smaller businesses access to True Blue Online®.  For more complex online banking features and treasury management tools, CapFed® offers True Blue Online® Business.

  • True Blue Online® includes Online Bill Pay, eStatements, internal and external transfers, Zelle®, Credit Sense, account and security alerts, and My Finances for budgeting and goal tracking.

  • eStatements are secure digital versions of your monthly account statements. You can enroll by logging in to True Blue Online®, selecting Documents, accepting the terms, and choosing the accounts you want paperless.

  • Credit Sense, powered by SavvyMoney®, gives you free access to your credit score, full credit report, monitoring, and personalized financial tips, all within True Blue Online®.

  • Log in to True Blue Online®, go to Settings > Alerts, and choose account, security, or loan alerts. Delivery options include email, text, or both.

  • Yes. True Blue Online® supports Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, and Web Connect for Quicken®.

  • Yes. Add your True Blue® Visa® Debit Card to Apple Wallet® or Google Wallet™ for secure in‑store and online purchases.

  • Log in to True Blue Online®, select Payments, add payees, and schedule one-time or recurring payments. You can also set up eBills and Auto Pay for added convenience.

  • External Transfers allow you to move money between CapFed® accounts and accounts at other financial institutions. Set up external accounts under Transfers, verify them using micro-deposits, and schedule one-time or recurring transfers.

  • Yes. Use Zelle® in True Blue Online® or the mobile app to send or request money using an email address or U.S. mobile number. Funds typically arrive within minutes.

  • Yes. You can scan a recipient’s Zelle® QR code in the mobile app to send money quickly.

  • The daily mobile deposit limit is $3,000. Deposits submitted by 6:00 p.m. CT are generally reviewed and posted the same business day.

  • Standard Online Bill Pay is free. Fees may apply for expedited bill payments and certain external transfers. Refer to the Service Charge Schedule for details.

  • True Blue Online® uses encryption, multi-factor authentication, and optional biometric login such as Face ID. Security alerts help notify you of account changes or suspicious activity.

  • Only send money to people you know and trust, verify recipient information before sending, and use secure features like Zelle® QR codes. If something doesn’t look right, stop and confirm before completing the transaction.

  • Call 1‑888‑8CAPFED, visit a branch, or send a secure message via True Blue Online®. Provide transaction details for investigation.

  • Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the steps to reset it securely.
