Patrick Haller - Personal Lines Insurance Agent

I’ve been working in the insurance industry for 20 years, and as a former owner and operator of my own insurance agency, I bring a strong foundation in customer relationships, sales experience, and business leadership to the Capitol Federal Insurance™ team. Having owned a business myself, I understand the importance of protecting company assets and providing comprehensive insurance coverage that truly supports long-term success.

One of my favorite parts of my job is building trust with clients and providing tailored solutions to protect their property and assets. I’m dedicated to developing lasting client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service, especially when it comes to guiding clients through the claims process. I believe it’s our responsibility to educate clients about their insurance coverage, so they fully understand their options and feel confident choosing a personalized insurance plan that meets their unique needs.

I’m a proud Wichita State University graduate, where I earned my master’s degree in criminal justice. Born and raised in Kansas, I’ve lived here my entire life, raised two children, and have been married for 27 years. These experiences give me a deep appreciation for the importance of choosing the right insurance coverage to protect what matters most.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me working in my yard or garden, cheering on the Kansas City Royals and K-State Wildcats, or volunteering with my church family, an experience I find especially rewarding. I also enjoy searching for the next addition to my vintage movie poster collection and planning future vacations with my family.
