Morgan Schierbaum - Commercial Insurance Agent

With nine years of industry experience, I take a consultative approach to insurance, helping clients better understand a product that’s required in many areas of life but often unclear or frustrating. As a proud graduate of Kansas State University, I value education and clear communication—two things I prioritize when guiding clients through quotes, policy changes, claims, and long-term planning. By reframing insurance as a valuable tool for protection and peace of mind, and by building strong relationships, I provide personalized solutions rather than one-size-fits-all coverage.

I believe insurance should feel approachable, not overwhelming. I take the time to really listen, explain things in plain language, and help people understand their options so they can feel confident in their decisions. I love building genuine relationships and being a trusted resource—someone clients can turn to with questions, big or small. Helping people see insurance not as a frustrating requirement, but as meaningful protection for what matters most, is what makes this work so rewarding for me.

I’m actively involved in both the professional and local community, volunteering with the Community Blood Center and serving on the Visitor Committee for the BNI Urban Core Chapter. I’m also a member of Women in Real Estate Development KC and the Kansas Association of Insurance Agents, and I enjoy being a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband, daughter, and our pup—whether hiking, relaxing at the lake, or exploring new places. Much of our free time is spent at Lake of the Ozarks. I’m an animal lover, sunshine seeker, live music enthusiast, and avid traveler with a bucket-list goal of visiting all U.S. National Parks.
