Leesa Payton - Personal Lines Insurance Agent

I joined Capitol Federal Insurance™ with 22 years of experience in the insurance industry, bringing expertise in personal, commercial, life, and health insurance. I’m licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and specialize in placing Builders Risk coverage for local investors. With 26 years in the industry overall, I truly enjoy working closely with each client to find the right insurance solutions, helping them understand their options, and even saving them money along the way. Guiding clients through claims, sometimes a stressful process, is another part of my job that I find especially rewarding.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with family and friends. I’m a proud dog mom to a two-year-old Doberman, and I love relaxing at Table Rock Lake in Branson, MO, crafting, yard work, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. I also volunteer to help fund research for Multiple Sclerosis and find it rewarding to see the latest treatments and options available for those affected.
