Krista Williams - Account Manager

I’m proud to have spent the last fifteen years working in the insurance industry, following seven years of service as a corrections officer. In my current role, I enjoy partnering with clients to find personalized insurance solutions and custom insurance coverage that best fits their needs and provides true peace of mind.

I am licensed in Kansas and Missouri for Property & Casualty Insurance, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance, helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. One of my favorite parts of my job is building strong client relationships, understanding each client’s unique story, and providing trusted insurance guidance for long-term security.

Being very family oriented, I understand the importance of safeguarding your home, vehicles, family, and other valuable assets. I specialize in helping individuals, families, and local business owners make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.

I also enjoy supporting community initiatives and volunteer opportunities that Capitol Federal® sponsors. Being involved in these efforts allows me to give back to the Topeka community, support meaningful causes, and represent an organization that truly values service and community impact.

Born and raised in Kansas, my husband and I are raising our two daughters in Topeka, KS. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring all that our hometown and the surrounding areas have to offer, and taking weekend getaways to discover nearby communities.
