Victoria Moritz - Business Development Officer

As a Business Development Officer, I focus on what I enjoy most, building meaningful relationships and helping small businesses thrive. I work closely with business owners to establish strong banking relationships and serve as a trusted financial resource throughout their business journey. My goal is to understand each business, learn its goals, and connect owners with the right tools, products, and financial solutions to support long-term success. I also actively share the many resources, programs, and opportunities Capitol Federal® offers to support our local communities.

I began my banking career at age 19 as a teller and have continued to grow through roles including Branch Manager and positions in both Consumer and Commercial Lending. For the past five years, I’ve served as a Commercial Loan Officer, where I discovered my true passion for partnering with business owners and supporting their growth and evolution. I hold a Credit Union Business Lending Professional (CUBLP) designation from my work with credit unions.

I am proud to be actively involved in the Wichita business community through organizations including Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Wichita Independent Business Association (WIBA), Women in Commercial Real Estate (WICRE), and W-Young Professionals, where I currently serve as Vice Chair of the Connect Team. These organizations play an important role in strengthening our community and fostering leadership and collaboration.

Outside of work, I enjoy creative arts, traveling, golfing, running, clay shooting, exploring local dining, and spending time with my son and my standard poodle, Dexter.
