With more than 30 years of customer service experience across multiple industries, I have developed a strong ability to solve problems and deliver meaningful solutions for clients. Whether addressing a current challenge or helping clients explore new opportunities, I bring a broad perspective and extensive experience to every interaction.

For nearly 10 years, I have proudly served at Capitol Federal®, where I have gained valuable knowledge of the financial industry and developed a strong understanding of the unique needs of Treasury Management clients. This combination of customer service expertise and financial industry experience allows me to provide thoughtful guidance and personalized support.

Outside of work, my husband and I are dedicated Boston Terrier enthusiasts and proud adopters of two rescue dogs. We actively support local rescue efforts and participate in MidAmerica Boston Terrier Rescue events. I’m also an avid reader who enjoys listening to audiobooks while multitasking, often while cheering on my favorite teams, the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals.
