Kiersten Kamholz - Treasury Management Analyst II

As a Treasury Management Analyst II, I enjoy building relationships and helping clients succeed by finding solutions that make managing their finances easier. My role includes supporting daily treasury operations, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, assisting with investment activities, ensuring banking compliance, and supporting treasury systems and processes. I also work closely with internal teams and business clients to provide guidance on treasury services and continually look for ways to improve processes and the overall client experience.

Before joining the Treasury Management team, I served as Assistant Branch Manager in our Emporia branch. My experience, combined with CapFed's Elevate- Manager in Training program and Supervisor Development Series, strengthened my leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills while reinforcing the importance of exceptional customer service and strong communication.

I was honored to serve as a True Blue® Ambassador for two years, representing the bank at community events and supporting employee engagement. I am also a proud graduate of Emporia State University.

Giving back to my community is a priority. I serve as Board Treasurer for United Way of the Flint Hills, where I enjoy collaborating with fellow community leaders to make a positive impact.

Outside of work, I'm a devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan! I love reading, caring for a growing collection of houseplants, and spending my weekends keeping up with my energetic Corgi, Ruby, and enjoying time with my family.
