Kaitlyn Collins - Treasury Management Sales Coordinator

Throughout my career, I've learned that strong relationships, clear communication, and attention to detail are the foundation of exceptional client service. In my role in Treasury Management, I serve as a critical liaison between our Treasury Management Sales Team and internal Treasury Analysts, coordinating the flow of essential information for new account openings while providing ongoing support for existing clients. I take pride in creating a seamless experience by ensuring every detail is handled accurately and efficiently.

My career in commercial banking has given me a strong foundation for balancing exceptional client service with sound risk management. I believe in always doing what's best for the client while protecting the interests of the bank, and I approach every interaction with integrity, collaboration, and a focused mindset.

Outside of work, I am passionate about supporting education and helping provide children with the opportunities they deserve. Assisting primary schools that rely on community donations and helping educators fulfill classroom supply wish lists each year is especially meaningful to me.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my beautiful French Bulldog, enjoying quality time with family, or traveling by cruise to explore new destinations.
