Jeff Belton – Business Development Officer

I bring over two decades of banking and mortgage experience to my role as a Business Development Officer with a strong focus on business development, relationship management, and helping clients achieve long-term success. Throughout my 20+ years in the financial services industry, I’ve built lasting partnerships by providing personalized service, trusted guidance, and financial solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals. While my focus has evolved toward business development, I continue to use my mortgage lending expertise to help clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and ease.

Having lived in Kansas City for 27 years, I have deep roots in the community and truly value the relationships I’ve built both personally and professionally. My wife, Beth, and I have two sons, Carter and William. Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back through coaching and volunteering with youth sports programs. I coached my sons’ teams for nearly ten years and proudly served on the BVRC Baseball Council for six years. Helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and leadership skills has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and am an avid fisherman.
