Coleen Beckley - Senior Treasury Management Analyst

For the past 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of building my career in the banking industry, with experience in branch leadership, deposit operations, and Treasury Management. These roles have given me the knowledge and perspective needed to serve my clients as a Senior Treasury Management Analyst for Capitol Federal®.

I take pride in providing a professional, white-glove experience to every client. I believe in taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs, identify potential risks, and work collaboratively to develop solutions that support both the client and the bank. 

Outside of work, family and community are at the heart of who I am. My husband and I have been licensed foster parents for more than 15 years and have had the privilege of adopting all four of our children through the foster care system. This experience has shaped me deeply, teaching me compassion, patience, and the importance of seeing things from different perspectives. I carry these lessons into my professional life, where they help me be a better listener and problem solver.

I also enjoy giving back through coaching volleyball for USD 375 and participating in local youth recreation programs. When I’m not supporting clients or coaching, you’ll often find me riding motorcycles with my husband or cheering on my kids at their sporting events.
