TOPEKA, KS – Capitol Federal® Chief Executive Officer John B. Dicus announced that Director of Loan Service Jenny Morgison is the 2024 recipient of the Henry A. Bubb Distinguished Service Award, the Bank’s highest employee recognition. This award, named in honor of Capitol Federal’s longtime Chairman, is presented annually to an employee or officer who demonstrates the leadership qualities of the late Mr. Bubb.
Jenny leads the Loan Servicing department at Capitol Federal where she oversees more than 25,000 loans within the bank’s portfolio. Her leadership ensures the smooth handling of customers’ property tax and insurance payments, verifications and inquiries. Jenny also oversees the bank’s valuable customer service resource that assists both customers and internal staff with their loan questions, providing quick resolutions for customers and enhancing staff efficiency.
Jenny started her journey with CapFed® in 1996 as a teller at the Fairlawn branch in Topeka. Jenny was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and then Branch Manager in 2001, overseeing both the South Topeka and Wanamaker branches. In 2016, Jenny moved into the Loan Service Department Manager position, and in June of 2023, she was promoted to her current role as Director of Loan Service.
