To apply online you'll need to have the following information on hand, as applicable:
- Bank statements (all pages) for the most recent two months
- IRS Form W-2 for the most recent two years
- Name and contact information for homeowner's insurance agent
- Name and contact information for Landlord
- Pay stubs covering the most recent 30-day period
- Year-end pay stubs for the last two years to verify bonus, overtime and/or commission income
- Most recent Pension, Retirement, Social Security or Disability Award Statement
- Most recent statement for all mortgage accounts
- Two months account statements (all pages) for investment/retirement accounts
For Borrowers with Self-Employed Income (Ownership interest of 25% or more in a business):
- Previous two years’ Federal Tax returns, including all schedules
- W-2s and 1099s
- Year-to-date profit/loss statement (signed and dated)
- Previous two years’ corporate/partnership returns, including K-1s
For Borrowers with Rental Properties:
- Previous two years’ Federal Tax Returns
- Lease agreement and the estimated property value for each property owned
- Monthly mortgage statement for each property owned
Once you submit your request, a mortgage loan professional will contact you to discuss your application. Additional documentation may be necessary, depending on your individual circumstances, but this is a good start to complete the online portion of the application. If you cannot locate these documents or only have some of them on hand during the online application process, no reason for concern, they can be uploaded to the secure portal at any time.
KNOW YOUR OPTIONS - PRESCREEN OPT-OUT
Consumers who would like to know about options to opt-out of firm offers of credit and insurance can find information at www.optoutprescreen.com. Through this website, consumers may request to:
- Opt-out from receiving firm offers for five years
- Opt-out from receiving firm offers permanently (Mail Permanent opt-out election form available through website)
- Opt-in to be eligible to receive firm offers (This options is for consumers who had previously completed an opt-out request)
