Opened in November 2007, the official ribbon cutting for the Aquarian branch was held December 4. Elizabeth Barranco served as the first branch manager for the bank's 39th office, and its seventh in Topeka. During the ceremony, the Capitol Federal® Foundation presented a gift to TARC, in support of its annual fundraiser, "Winter Wonderland X". The True Blue® Crew rowing boat was on display during the event.
