Capitol Federal® offers many different loan programs, each designed to meet your personal needs. As a Community Development Loan Specialist, I promote Affordable Housing Loans and housing grant programs, including special lending initiatives for low-to-moderate income and minority members of the community. I also work with community groups, city and state officials and non-profit organizations to determine and assess their respective area’s housing and credit needs.
My favorite quote is “the sun shines for everyone”, and that is how I’ve approached my 15+ years in the banking industry. My determination to find a positive solution, no matter your financial needs, is one of my greatest attributes. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the process in making customers dreams come true.
