Capitol Federal® offers the ability for customers to remit mortgage loan payments electronically from within CapFed® and from checking or savings accounts other than Capitol Federal.
• True Blue Online® - If you are paying your mortgage from a Capitol Federal checking or savings account, you can schedule a transfer through True Blue Online® , or set up automatic recurring payments. Log in to True Blue Online® banking to make your payment today. Presently this option is available only for mortgage loans that are not in construction.
To pay your Capitol Federal mortgage loan electronically from a checking or savings account at an institution other than Capitol Federal, there are two consoles available for you to use:
• Customer Console – this option offers the security of requiring enrollment through the establishment of a username and password and create recurring payments for the loan. To enroll in Customer Console for recurring payments, visit the following website:
https://secure3.billerweb.com/cfs/inetSrv
• JPI (Just Pay It) – this option offers the simplicity and security of completing a one-time payment to the loan. The only information required is the loan number and the zip code of the property address. To complete a one-time payment, visit the following website:
https://secure3.billerweb.com/cfs/JustPayIt/jpt.do
Currently the cutoff time for payments is 2:00 p.m. Central Time. If a payment is submitted on a business day prior to 2:00 p.m. Central Time, the payment will be received by Capitol Federal on the second following business day. Payments submitted after 2:00 p.m. Central Time on a business day, or on a day that is not a business day, will be received by Capitol Federal on the third following business day.
Customer Console allows for the creation of Automatic Payment Rules to establish recurring payment schedules. These payments are processed on the due date of the payment (or the next business day if the due date is a Saturday, Sunday, or federal holiday). The specific payment amount allowed by an Automatic Payment Rule is limited to the amount of your monthly payment amount, which means additional amounts to be applied to principal are not allowed.
Customer Console also allows an option where each month you can establish the payment date and amount. This provides an opportunity to pay extra to principal when included with the regular payment amount. Please know the payment date refers to the date the payment is initiated, not the date the payment is received by Capitol Federal.
