With Direct Connect:
- Quicken® communicates directly with your accounts at Capitol Federal on your behalf. You do not have to sign into TBO and download transactions. Quicken® does this for you. Once connected, updates will occur when you begin a new download request from within Direct Connect.
With Web Connect:
- You will download a Quicken® supported file from True Blue Online and import that file into Quicken®.
With Express Web Connect:
- You do not need to sign into True Blue Online and manually download transactions – Quicken does this for you. Express Web Connect gathers your data through your log-in information for TBO to retrieve transactions.
