Online Bill Pay: New Look and Features

Online Bill Pay: New Look and Features

Coming june 26: Updated look to online bill pay for true blue online®

True Blue Online® Bill Pay has an updated look making paying bills easier than ever. Plus, all of your payment information remains the same. You do not need to take any action as a Bill Pay user, and can pay bills as you normally would.

Enhancements:

Easier to Use Navigation - Upcoming bills and frequently paid billers will be prioritized for easier discoverability and navigation. Search and sorting capabilities make it even easier.

Make Single and Multiple Payments - You may make a single payment and, for desktop and tablet users, several payments at the same time by selecting the check box next to the bill. For multiple payments, you will select the bills you want to pay first and then move to the next screen to input your amounts for each. Once amounts are added, you may “Pay” all of them at once.

Activate, View, Pay, and Manage eBills - Easy to sign up for eBill to receive paperless electronic bills and get reminders when and how much is due – also get confirmation when the payment is sent!

Set Up Autopay for eBills and for Recurring Payments - Easy to set up AutoPay and never miss a bill. Pay on time, every time, while you can change or cancel them any time.

Add Reminders - To help you manage your payments, email reminder options are presented when setting up eBills and Autopay. You may also set up personal (manual) reminders, which will show in the PAY BILLS screen under Upcoming bills (for example, Due Sep 24).

Add Groups, Assign Billers to Groups, and Manage Groups - You may set up biller groups, assign billers to those groups, and manage biller groups. There must be more than 5 bills to assign groups. There is no limit to how many bills can be in a group.
