Capitol Federal® offers many different loan programs, each designed to meet your personal needs. As a Community Development Manager my role is to:
- Promote Affordable Housing Loans and grant programs, including special initiatives for low-to-moderate income and minority members of the Greater Wichita community
- Work with community groups, city and state officials, and non-profit organizations to determine and assess their respective area’s housing and credit needs
I’m proud to be an active member of the Greater Wichita community and of my over 20 years with Capitol Federal. My experiences have provided me a wealth of opportunities to work with Wichita leaders in the community I love. We’ve developed initiatives such as the McAdams Neighborhood Project and the Home-at-Last program in Wichita. I’m also involved with:
