There's not a lot of companies out there that really care about their clients and employees. And I feel that I found that with CapFed®. You know, working with a large national bank before here, you could really see the difference. My name is Melissa Seutter. I've been with CapFed® about ten months now. I'm a customer service associate two. I help clients open up accounts, open CDs, make deposits, kind of educate them with finances and kind of help make the right choices and put them in front of people who can help them with their solutions if I don't have one for them. Honestly, my favorite part is meeting new people every day and kind of building relationships with them and kind of helping them along their way. Service is huge to me. I've been doing it for over twenty years and I feel like CapFed® values that. You know, they're there for their clients and to me that's important. I appreciate the way that the environment is at the job. I appreciate all the employees that I work with. We're all knowledgeable. We help one another. The people that I've worked with and come in contact with are amazing. I've never had a job to where you enjoy every part of each department. They're all there to help you, educate you, find what you need to get a solution for the client. From the beginning, they've supported me with great training, you know, the support from my manager and the supervisors. So I've had great support. Before CapFed®, I worked for a large national bank. I was kind of looking for something that was a little bit more personable, you know, community focused. Enjoy the way that CapFed treats their clients and their employees, and to me, you know, that's huge. I really enjoy working for CapFed. It's a great spot for me.
