The number one most important trend that we want all our consumers to know about heading into twenty twenty six is this shift from insurance away from what's been known as more of a maintenance plan. Over the past few years and decades, consumers have come to expect ongoing maintenance, normal wear and tear, small claims to be covered. And the original intent of insurance really is more designed to cover the infrequent but financial catastrophic events. So as we're thinking about that from a consumer standpoint, by utilizing insurance correctly for these larger term, more catastrophic events, insurance carriers are gonna be able to price more appropriately and get a better value out of the insurance policies.


Another trend that we're seeing that's really exciting is the increased reliance on technology to help us be more efficient. We're harnessing this power to make sure that we can use this to provide better and quicker service to help create policies faster and respond to claims quicker. So in a world a few years ago, you may have been waiting days or weeks to get a response. Now it can be minutes or hours.


Another trend we're seeing continue in twenty twenty six that's pretty exciting is this concept of pricing insurance more on personal behavior rather than on large scale demographics. This concept of telematics is evaluating how someone makes their decisions while driving. Think about monitoring, the speed at which you're traveling, how frequently you're hitting the brakes, how hard you're hitting the brakes, not to mention any kind of accident history and things like that. It's even able to monitor things like texting while driving.


So if we're able to do that and understand personal behaviors, it's gonna incentivize better driving behavior and also help save money on your insurance. Most people think of insurance as a numbers game. And while the numbers are important and there's dollars involved in making a purchase or premiums or coverage, we think about it much more as a people game. We need to understand what's most important to you.


What are your financial goals, who are the people that are most important in your lives, what are the things that are most important in your lives, so that we can help you understand what coverage you may need. Insurance is a unique industry, and it can be full of jargon. I think it's probably one of the reasons why people don't really like talking about it that much.
