What Can I Buy or Refinance?
Home-At-Last loans apply only to single-family homes that will be occupied as a family's primary residence. The home must be located within one of Capitol Federal's designated local communities.
Home Buyer Education
We believe there's more to owning a home than securing a loan. That's why we support home buyer education programs for our loan customers. Home-At-Last borrowers are required to participate in these very helpful home ownership and personal finance counseling programs. The programs are offered by recognized community organizations or in a counseling session arranged by Capitol Federal.
