Eligibility and Rules
Must be 13 years of age or older to qualify to win. Each contest begins upon the scheduled opening of the venue for each concert and ends at no later than the end of each respective concert. Limit one entry per eligible person. Employees of Capitol Federal, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part illegible or incomplete. Open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants under the age of majority at time of entry, or under the age of 18 at the time of entry, (21 if a Mississippi resident, 19 if an Alabama, Nebraska, or Pennsylvania resident, 18 in all other states) must have their parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to enter. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
Enter in person at the Capitol Federal promotional booth located within CapFed Park @ Sandstone and fill out an official entry form and receive a limited edition air freshener with a playing code. Only one entry per person will be eligible. All entries become the property of Capitol Federal and will not be returned to the entrant. Capitol Federal is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
Prize
One (1) winner per concert will receive a VIP package to a 2010 concert at CapFed Park @ Sandstone in Bonner Springs, KS, to be determined by Capitol Federal. The VIP package includes four (4) tickets to the show, four (4) VIP Club passes and two (2) parking passes. Approximate Retail Value not to exceed $400.00. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, substituted or transferred, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Contest void where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. If any provision of this Contest shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provision shall remain in full force and effect. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Other restrictions may apply and prize is subject to artist’s approval. In the unlikely event that any part of the prize is unavailable for any reason (example: weather cancellations), each winner agrees Sponsor has no further obligation to winner.
Winner Selection
One (1) potential winning number will be selected by a Capitol Federal employee in a random drawing from all eligible entries during each concert. The winning number will be displayed on the video boards on either side of the concert stage or announced on stage. The entrant in possession of the air freshener package bearing the winning number displayed will bring the winning number to the Capitiol Federal promotional booth to claim their prize. Capitol Federal cannot be held responsible for any form of liability in association with prize redemption or any activity related thereto. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries. If the winners do not redeem their prize by by the end of the concert at which their winning number is announced, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s discretion, in a second chance drawing of all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. Capitol Federal or its assigns are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, destroyed or misdirected entries or for miscommunications or any other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Any taxes or additional expenses associated with the awarded prizes will be the responsibility of the winners.
