High School Sophomore

• Continue preparing academically for college - choose your classes wisely.
• Keep your grades in good standing and participate in extracurricular activities.
• Think about possible occupation and/or career possibilities.
• Talk with your high school guidance counselor. Inform him/her of all interest involving college.
• Inquire about PSAT/NMSQT test (to qualify for National Merit Scholarship) in September. Tests are taken in October/November.
• Gather information to assist in selecting the right school for you.
