True Blue Bill Payment

Capitol Federal’s True Blue Bill Payment now allows you to manage your payees and payments either from your computer or telephone. You have two convenient channels in one great bill payment system.

If you use only the telephone method to manage your payments, any changes to your payees will issue a new payee list automatically. The list will include the payee information along with the payee reference numbers necessary to manage your payments over the phone.

If you manage your payees and payments using TBO, simply select the “Bill Payment” tab and the “Add or Modify Payees” on the sub-menu. This will display a list of your active payees including the reference numbers. Print this list as a reference in managing your payments using the telephone interface. Each time you add or modify a payee, print a new list and keep it available so that you may access your payments when you do not have access to a computer.

To manage your payees and payments using the telephone interface, dial the Telephone Banking System, 1-888-5TRUBLU. Like TBO, the Telephone Banking System is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bill payment activities are accessed by selecting number 8 from the Main Menu below:

To set up or modify payees requires operator assistance(1)

1) Set up a new one-time payment

2) Set up a new recurring payment

3) Review processed payments

4) Review or delete pending payments

5) Review or delete pending payments for a selected payee

(1)Operator assisted service will be available Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Operators are not available Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Follow the simple instructions provided by the Telephone Banking System. Payees and payments set up or cancelled through the telephone interface will be immediately reflected in the TBO bill payment interface.
