True Blue Bill Payment merged Capitol Federal's P.S.* and True Blue Online into a single payment service, available by phone or through the Internet. This service provides two convenient methods to manage your payees and payments, accessible anywhere you go, anytime you need it.

• Service is free for both online and telephone payments
• Schedule one-time or recurring payments
• Review pending and paid payments
• Delete pending one-time or recurring payments
• Modify payments (online only)
• Add or modify payees (operator assistance required for activity by telephone)
• Transactions recorded on monthly checking statement
• Online and telephone access available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Operator assisted service will be available Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.  Operators are not available Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
