Hospital Hill 5K, 10K & Half Marathon

2015 will be the 42nd running of one of the most storied races in Missouri history. What started as a single 6.8-mile race with 99 runners has evolved into a world-class event that hosts thousands of runners completing 3 different distances.

The popularity of gravel grinding has exploded and is now the fastest growing genre in the cycling industry. The popularity of DK200 has grown too, from 34 participants in 2006, to an anticipated 1,500 riders in 2015. Dirty Kanza 200 is a grass-roots event, organized and managed by folks who are passionate about cycling, and done so for the primary purpose of providing life-enriching cycling experiences for our event participants.

Ashby House 2nd Annual Color Run
