You are able to set account balance threshold alerts (both high and low), budget alerts, security alerts and transaction alerts. The alerts will be emailed to the email address you have on file. Click the Alerts tab within True Blue Online® to manage your alerts.

You can add notes to any payment or transaction within True Blue Online®. Notes can include reminders about why a transfer was made, why only a portion of a payment was made or any special reminder you'd like to include. These can only be seen by you. Simply click the description line of any transaction, within the Account Activity page, and add your note.

You can sort payment history by biller’s name, account, pay date and other details.  Within the Payment tab, select Bill History.  Then select the date range you’d like to view.  To sort the payments, click the column headers to sort your payments and bills in ascending or descending order. You can sort by the following information:

  • Biller Name displays your information by biller. For each biller, you see the payments and bills sorted by pay date and amount.

  • Category displays your information by the category assigned to the biller. For each category, you see the payments and bills sorted by biller name and pay date.

  • Account displays your information by payment account. For each payment account, you see the payments and bills sorted by pay date and amount.

  • Amount displays your information by the amount of your payment or the amount due for your bill. For each amount, you see the payments and bills sorted by pay date and biller name.

  • Pay Date displays your information by the date when the biller received payment. For each pay date, you see the payments and bills sorted by biller name and amount.

  • Status displays your information by the payment status. For each status, you see the payments and bills sorted by pay date and amount.
