Password Reset Help

If your browser “remembers” passwords, we strongly discourage use of that feature.

We recommend that you change your password periodically. Your password must never be disclosed to any other person and should be protected. A password change is required annually, when it expires.

Please provide the following information:
1. Enter your User ID, using the ID that you log on to True Blue Online Banking.

2. Enter the Last 6 of the users SSN. Use the last six digits of your social security number without any special characters or spaces.

3. Select Next, to continue or to return to the logon page without making any changes, select Cancel.

4. On the next screen, enter the correct answers to the questions in the fields provided. The answers must match the answers you previously provided.

5. Select Next, to continue or to return to the logon page without making any changes, select Cancel.

6. After your answers have been validated, select a New Password that meets the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 characters.
  • Password must include at least 1 numeric character.
  • Special characters are permitted but not required.
  • Tip: Select a password that is not similar to your User ID.

7. Re-enter New Password to verify your entry.

8. Select Create New Password, to return to the logon page without making any changes, select Cancel.

9. A confirmation page will display.

Remember to use your new password the next time you sign on.
