Request Check Copy

Use the Request Check Copy form, located on the Self Service screen, to request a check photocopy to be mailed to your current address on file. You should receive your photocopy in the mail within 5 business days.

Check photocopies are subject to fees; please refer to the most recent version of our Disclosure Booklet.

If you have not received your photocopy after 5 business days, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-8CAPFED (1-888-822-7333).

Provide the following information:

1. Select the Account from the dropdown list.

2.  Enter the Check or Draft Number of the check you are requesting a photocopy of.

3.  Enter the Amount of the check in dollars and cents (including the decimal).

4.  Enter the date the check posted to your account in Date Item Cleared (using the format mm/dd/yyyy) or select the date of the check from the calendar date box.

5.  Select Request Check or to cancel this request without making any changes, select Cancel.

A verification screen will display for you to review and approve the request as entered. Follow the instructions provided on the screen.

HOW TO VIEW A CHECK IMAGE:

Note: Viewing of check images may be subject to fees; please refer to the most recent version of our Disclosure Booklet.

•  Select Account from the top navigation menu and Activity on the sub-menu.

•  Select the Account and transaction Type using the dropdown lists and enter a date range (mm/dd/yyyy) or choose from the calendar icons for the account activity to display.

•  Select the check number hyperlink. A pop up box will display the front and back image of your check.
