Text banking lets you quickly request information about your accounts and receive it via text message.  There is no need to log in  - and still just as secure as our other mobile and online services.

With Text Banking, you can:
• Check balances
• Review transaction history
• Receive alerts
• Locate CapFed branch and ATM locations

To use Text Banking:
1. Enroll in Mobile Banking on True Blue Online®
2. Begin a new text message
3. Enter a text banking command in the “message” area
4. Send command to CAPFED (227333)

With Text Alerts, you can:
• Receive balance alerts
• Receive transaction alerts
• Schedule alerts for account monitoring

To enroll in Text Alerts:
1. Login in to True Blue Online®
2. Select the Mobile Banking tab
3. Follow the on screen instructions to enroll in Mobile Banking
4. Setup alerts on True Blue Online®, under the Alerts tab.
