Live Chat is a convenient way to get quick answers about any of Capitol Federal’s products or services, but it is not intended to assist customers with specific account issues or True Blue Online® banking transactions. Live Chat is secure. It uses 128bitSSL V3 encryption and is SAS70 Type II certified. But to ensure the absolute security of our customers’ confidential and secure information, we ask that you do not send account numbers or other secure information through Live Chat.  

Why can’t I discuss my account information or online banking transactions through live chat?
While Capitol Federal’s Live Chat transcripts are considered private and subjected to the highest levels of security, we want to avoid fraudulent requests and attempts at identity theft.
