Rainge Named Community Development Manager For Central Region

John B. Dicus, Chairman of Capitol Federal Savings, Topeka, announced the promotion of Lloyd Rainge II to Assistant Vice President / Community Development Manager for the Bank's Central Region. In his new position, Rainge will work with community groups, city and state officials and non-profit organizations to help determine housing and credit needs in the communities Capitol Federal serves. Rainge joined Capitol Federal in June 1997 as an INROADS intern. Upon his graduation from Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in administrative management, Rainge continued with Capitol Federal as a Loan Originator, Construction Lending Specialist and Community Lending Specialist.

Active in the community, Rainge is a member of the Urban Financial Services Coalition. He was recognized with the Capitol Federal Chairman's Achievement Award in 2004 and is a 2009 graduate of the Capitol Federal Leadership Forum.
