Frank Dover Retires From Capitol Federal

John B. Dicus, Chairman of Capitol Federal Savings, Topeka, recently announced the retirement of Vice President - Branch Manager Frank Dover, effective March 31st. He has served the Bank for nearly 39 years. Dover earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Central Missouri State College in 1967. He joined Capitol Federal as a mortgage loan officer in May of 1971. During his career, Dover went on to serve as Assistant Manager of the Bank’s Johnson County loan service and Assistant Manager of several Johnson County branch locations. He currently manages Capitol Federal’s Shawnee branch at 57th and Nieman Road.

Throughout the years, Dover has been active in the Johnson County area as a member and past President of the Merriam-Shawnee Noon Lions Club. He is also active as a Director of the Merriam Community Center Foundation.

"The leadership and commitment to service that Frank has exhibited throughout his career with Capitol Federal have been exemplary," remarked Chairman Dicus. "He has played a part in Capitol Federal’s success in the Johnson County area, and for that we are thankful. We certainly wish him well in his retirement."

An open house honoring Dover will be held on Wednesday, March 31st from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the 57th and Nieman Road location.
