Capitol Federal's 121st Year of True Blue® Service
TOPEKA, Kan. – Capitol Federal® Chairman John B. Dicus announced the appointments of Tina D. Anderson, Clint DeVoe and Angela Lowe to Vice President of Retail Banking Operations. Anderson, the bank’s current electronic banking manager, joined Capitol Federal in 1995 as a teller at the Home Office. She served as teller supervisor and assistant branch manager before moving to the audit department in 2001 where she served as staff and senior auditor. Anderson earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with an emphasis in management from Washburn University. A graduate of Capitol Federal’s Leadership Forum program, Anderson is the most recent recipient of the John C. Dicus Leadership Award, given annually to an individual who reflects the leadership and integrity of Chairman Emeritus John C. Dicus.
DeVoe joined Capitol Federal in 2008 as a teller. He served as a customer service representative, assistant branch manager and retail banking manager prior to his most recent position as the deposit services manager for Banking Services. DeVoe is a member of the United Way Financial Stability Impact Council and a member of Fast Forward with the Greater Topeka Chamber of Commerce. He graduated from Washburn University with a BBA in Management.
Lowe joined Capitol Federal in 2000 as a general clerk in the True Blue® Direct Department of the Bank. She served as fraud and collections supervisor and red flags analyst prior to being named account security manager. Lowe is a member of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators, the Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary and Fast Forward with the Greater Topeka Chamber of Commerce. Lowe earned her BBA from Baker University.
