If you have misplaced your True Blue® Direct Debit Card or Capitol Federal Passcard it is important to report it immediately to prevent unauthorized use.

Customers should be cautious whenever an unsolicited email or phone call is received. NEVER provide personal information requested in an email or an unsolicited phone call without verification.
