Report a Lost or Stolen Card

If you have misplaced your True Blue® Direct Debit Card or Capitol Federal Passcard it is important to report it immediately to prevent unauthorized use.

Report a Scam Email or Phone Call

Please forward any emails claiming to be from Capitol Federal and asking for personal information such as card or account numbers to scam@capfed.com.  Customers should be cautious whenever an unsolicited email or phone call is received.  NEVER provide personal information requested in an email or an unsolicited phone call without verification.  Anytime you are not sure of an email or phone call claiming to be from Capitol Federal, please contact us at 1-888-8CAPFED.
