Wireless technology gives your card an added layer of security.

The card has a contactless chip for added fraud protection when making purchases at a contactless-enabled terminal. Tapping to pay is secure because each transaction is accompanied by a one-time code that changes for every in-person transaction. The different code makes it extremely effective in reducing counterfeit fraud.  
 
How do I use the card?

It’s easy. If the retailer has a contactless-enabled terminal, simply hold your card flat over the Contactless Symbol, versus at an angle, for one to two seconds. If the retailer is not equipped to read the contactless card, insert or swipe your card as you would today. For transactions made online or over the phone, there will be no changes.
